Section 142.670 - Reporting Requirements(A) Birth centers shall report all births to Registrars and City Clerks within ten days of the event and forward the confidential section of the birth record to the Department.(B) Birth centers shall report any child with low birth weight, congenital abnormalities, and other high risk infants as defined by the Department.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1272, eff. 10/24/2014.
