Section 142.640 - Surgical Procedures(A) Surgical procedures shall be limited to those normally accomplished during uncomplicated childbirth, such as episiotomy and repair.(B) Surgical procedures such as forceps delivery, tubal ligation, abortion, or Cesarean section shall not be performed in birth centers.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1272, eff. 10/24/2014.
