Section 123.004 - Inspections(A) The Board of Health shall inspect each tanning facility within 30 days of licensure, every six months thereafter, and upon receipt of any written complaint.(B) The Board of Health, local health agent, or Department shall have access at all reasonable times to any tanning facility for the purpose of inspecting said facility.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1333, eff. 2/24/2017.
