Section 180.14 - Responsible Staff(1) The Executive Director of Strategic Planning and Research shall be responsible for the implementation of 103 CMR 180.00 throughout the Department.(2) Each superintendent shall be responsible for implementation of this policy, and for the development of any and all necessary and appropriate institutional policies and procedures.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1338, eff. 5/5/2017.
