Section 560.4 - Designation of States under the Federal Meat Inspection ActThe requirements in part 331 of this chapter apply with respect to fish and fish products inspection, including:
(a) The requirements in 9 CFR 331.3 governing the designation of States for Federal inspection under section 301(c) of the Act (21 U.S.C. 661(c) ) ;(b) The requirements in 9 CFR 331.5 governing the designation under section 301(c) of the Act of establishments whose operations would clearly endanger the public health; and(c) The requirements in 9 CFR 331.6 governing the designation of States under section 205 of the Act.
