The following persons shall serve as officers of the Committee:
(a) The chairperson of the Board shall be chairperson of the Committee.(b) The chairperson of the Federation shall be vice-chairperson of the Committee.(c) The treasurer of the Board shall be treasurer of the Committee.(d) The Committee shall elect or appoint such other officers as it may deem necessary.
