Section 868.50 - Who may request retest inspection service(a)General. Any interested person may request a retest inspection service on nongraded commodities. When more than one interested person requests a retest inspection service, the first interested person to file is the applicant of record. Only one retest inspection service may be performed on any original inspection service.(b)Scope of request.
