Section 660.513 - Permit conditions(a) A limited entry permit expires on failure to renew the limited entry permit as specified in § 660.515 .(b) A limited entry permit may not be used with a vessel unless it is registered for use with that vessel. Limited entry permits will be registered for use with a particular vessel at the time the permit is issued, renewed, or transferred.(c) Limited entry permits issued or applied for under this subpart are subject to sanctions pursuant to the Magnuson-Stevens Act, 16 U.S.C. 1858(g) , and 15 CFR part 904, subpart D.
