Section 29.191 - What enforcement actions can the Service take?If you engage in a prohibited act:
(a) The Service may suspend and/or revoke your approved operations permit and your authorization for operations as set forth at § 29.43 and § 29.44 ; and/or(b) All prohibited acts are subject to the penalty provisions set forth at § 28.31 of this subchapter.
