Section 831.661 - Deposits not subject to waiver(a) The deposits required to elect fully or partially reduced annuities under §§ 831.622 , 831.631 , 831.632 , 831.682 , 831.684 , or 831.685 are not annuity overpayments and their collection is not subject to waiver.
