Section 6101.27 - Relief from decision or order [Rule 27](a)Grounds. The Board may grant relief, for a reason recognized in Rule 60 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, from a decision or order that, alone or in conjunction with prior decisions or orders, resolves all of an appeal, petition, or application.(b)Time limit for motion. A party may move for relief under this rule within 120 days after that party receives the decision or order at issue.(c)Effect of motion. A pending motion for relief under this rule does not affect any obligation to comply with a decision or order.
