Section 2439.107 - Contract clauses(a) The contracting officer shall insert the clause at 2452.239-70, Access to HUD Systems, in solicitations and contracts when the contract will require contractor employees, including subcontractors and consultants, to have access to any HUD information system(s) as defined in the clause.(b) The contracting officer shall insert the clause at 48 CFR 2452.239-71 , Information Technology Virus Security, in solicitations and contracts under which the contractor will provide information technology hardware, software or data products.64 FR 46098, Aug. 23, 1999, as amended at 65 FR 3577, Jan. 21, 2000; 77 FR 73531, Dec. 10, 2012
