Section 252.217-7011 - Access to vesselAs prescribed at 217.7104(a), use the following clause:
Access to Vessel (DEC 1991)
(a) Upon the request of the Contracting Officer, the Contractor shall grant admission to the Contractor's facilities and access to vessel, on a non-interference basis, as necessary to perform their respective responsibilities, to a reasonable number of: (1) Government and other Government contractor employees (in addition to those Government employees attached to the vessel); and(2) Representatives of offerors on other contemplated Government work.(b) All personnel granted access shall comply with Contractor rules governing personnel at its shipyard.
