Section 80.655 - Use of frequencies(a) The frequencies available for assignment to maritime support stations are described or listed in:(1) Section 80.373 for scope of communications described in § 80.653(b)(1) ;(2) Sections 80.373 and 80.385 for scope of communications described in § 80.653(b)(2) ; and(3) Section 80.389 for scope of communications described in § 80.653 (b)(3) and (4) .(b) Frequencies must be used only on a secondary, non-interference basis to operational maritime communications.(c) Use of frequencies assigned to services other than the maritime radiolocation service is limited to one hour per twenty four hour period.51 FR 31213, Sept. 2, 1986, as amended at 52 FR 35245, Sept. 18, 1987
