Section 3 - Voyage commencements(a) All voyages shall commence at 0001 hours of the date on which any of the following activities occur first:(1) Vessel goes on loading berth, or(2) Vessel sails outward on a new voyage, or(3) Following termination of the previous voyage as prescribed in section 4(a) of this order.(4) Following termination of an idle status period as prescribed in section 5 (a) and (b) of this order.
