Section 160.176-2 - Application(a) Inflatable lifejackets approved under this subpart may be used to meet carriage requirements for Type I PFD's only on:(1) Uninspected submersible vessels; and(2) Inspected vessels for which a servicing program has been approved by the Commandant.
