Section 143.545 - Pressure vessels(a) In lieu of meeting the requirements of § 143.300 , pressure vessels installed on new towing vessels must meet the requirements of this section.(b) Pressure vessels over 5 cubic feet in volume and more than 15 psi maximum allowable working pressure must meet ABS Rules for Building and Classing Steel Vessels under 90 Meters (295 Feet) in Length (incorporated by reference, see § 136.112 of this subchapter), Part 4, Chapter 1, Section 1.
