Section 1179.3 - Applicability(a) These regulations are to be followed when:(1) The National Endowment for the Humanities is owed a debt by an individual currently employed by another Federal agency;(2) The National Endowment for the Humanities is owed a debt by an individual who is a current employee of the National Endowment for the Humanities; or(3) The National Endowment for the Humanities employs an individual who owes a debt to another Federal agency.
