Section 1149.20 - What must the notice of hearing include?The notice must include:
(a) The tentative time, place, and nature of the hearing;(b) The legal authority and jurisdiction under which the hearing is being held;(c) The matters of fact and law to be asserted;(d) A description of the procedures for the conduct of the hearing;(e) The name, address, and telephone number of your representative and the NEA's representative; and(f) Such other matters as the ALJ deems appropriate.
