Section 3206.10 - What must I do for BLM to issue a lease?
Before BLM issues any lease, you must:
(a) Accept all lease stipulations;(b) Make all required payments to BLM;(c) Sign a unit joinder or waiver, if applicable; and(d) Comply with the maximum limit on acreage holdings (see §§ 3206.12 and 3206.16 ).
