Section 2.61 - How are decisions on appeals issued?(a) A decision on an appeal must be made in writing.(b) A decision that upholds the bureau's determination will notify you of the decision and your statutory right to file a lawsuit.(c) A decision that overturns, remands, or modifies the bureau's determination will notify you of the decision. The bureau then must further process the request in accordance with the appeal determination.
