Section 488.1015 - Resubmitting a request for reapproval(a) Except as provided in paragraph (b) of this section, a home infusion therapy accrediting organization whose request for CMS's approval or re-approval of an accreditation program has been denied, or a home infusion therapy accrediting organization that has voluntarily withdrawn an initial application, may resubmit its application if the home infusion therapy accrediting organization satisfies all of the following requirements: (1) Revises its home infusion therapy accreditation program to address the issues related to the denial of its previous request or its voluntary withdrawal.(2) Resubmits the application in its entirety.(b) If a home infusion therapy accrediting organization has requested, in accordance with § 488.1050 , a reconsideration of CMS's disapproval, it may not submit a new application for approval of a home infusion therapy accreditation program until such reconsideration is administratively final.
