Section 93.522 - [Effective until 1/1/2025] Filing post-hearing briefs(a) After the hearing and under a schedule set by the ALJ, the parties may file post-hearing briefs, and the ALJ may allow the parties to file reply briefs.(b) The parties may include proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law in their post-hearing briefs.
