Section 93.207 - [Effective until 1/1/2025] Departmental Appeals Board or DAB
Departmental Appeals Board or DAB means, depending on the context-
(a) The organization, within the Office of the Secretary, established to conduct hearings and provide impartial review of disputed decisions made by HHS operating components; or(b) An Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) at the DAB.
