Section 102-33.385 - What Federally-funded aviation activities of executive agencies are exempt from the requirement to report information to GSA on Government aircraft?

The following Federally-funded activities are exempt from the requirement to report information to GSA on Government aircraft:

(a) The Armed Forces (which includes the U.S. Coast Guard); and

(b) Agencies in the Intelligence Community.
