Section 1090.110 - Detergent blendersA detergent blender must comply with the requirements of this section.
(a)Gasoline standards. A detergent blender must comply with the applicable requirements of subpart C of this part.(b)PTDs. On each occasion when a detergent blender transfers custody of or title to any fuel, fuel additive, or regulated blendstock, the transferor must provide to the transferee PTDs under subpart L of this part.(c)Recordkeeping. A detergent blender must demonstrate compliance with the requirements in § 1090.260(a) as specified in § 1090.1240 .(d)Equipment calibration. A detergent blender at an automated detergent blending facility must calibrate their detergent blending equipment in accordance with subpart N of this part.
