Section 139.27 - Refrigeration and air conditioning(a) The requirements in paragraph (b) of this section apply to discharges of condensation from refrigeration, air conditioning, and similar chilling equipment.(b) The direct overboard discharge of any condensate that contacts toxic or hazardous materials is prohibited.
