Section 97.510 - State NO[X] Ozone Season Group 1 trading budgets, new unit set-asides, Indian country new unit set-asides, and variability limits

(a) The State NO_X Ozone Season Group 1 trading budgets, new unit set-asides, and Indian country new unit set-asides for allocations of CSAPR NO_X Ozone Season Group 1 allowances for the control periods in the years indicated are as follows:

(1)Alabama.

(i) The NO_X Ozone Season Group 1 trading budget for 2015 and 2016 is 31,746 tons.

(ii) The new unit set-aside for 2015 and 2016 is 635 tons.
