Section 62.14645 - What happens during periods of startup, shutdown, and malfunction?(a) The emission limitations and operating limits apply at all times except during periods of CISWI unit startup, shutdown, or malfunction as defined in § 62.14840 .(b) Each malfunction must last no longer than 3 hours.
