Section 60.450 - Applicability and designation of affected facility(a) The provisions of this subpart apply to each surface coating operation in a large appliance surface coating line.(b) The provisions of this subpart apply to each affected facility identified in paragraph (a) of this section that commences construction, modification, or reconstruction after December 24, 1980.
