Section 60.2610 - What must I do if I close my CISWI and then restart it?(a) If you close your CISWI but will restart it prior to the final compliance date in your state plan, you must meet the increments of progress specified in § 60.2575 .(b) If you close your CISWI but will restart it after your final compliance date, you must complete emission control retrofits and meet the emission limitations and operating limits on the date your unit restarts operation. 81 FR 41001, 6/23/2016; 84 FR 15884, 4/16/2019
