Section 49.11021 - Permits for general open burning, agricultural burning, and forestry and silvicultural burning(a) Beginning January 1, 2007, a person must apply for and obtain a permit under § 49.132 Rule for general open burning permits.(b) Beginning January 1, 2007, a person must apply for and obtain approval of a permit under § 49.133 Rule for agricultural burning permits.(c) Beginning January 1, 2007, a person must apply for and obtain approval of a permit under § 49.134 Rule for forestry and silvicultural burning permits.
