Section 21.7124 - Overcharges(a)Overcharges by educational institutions may result in the disapproval of enrollments. VA may disapprove an educational institution for further enrollments when the educational institution charges or receives from a veteran or servicemember tuition and fees that exceed the established charges that the educational institution requires from similarly circumstanced nonveterans enrolled in the same course. (b)Overcharges by organizations or entities offering licensing or certification tests may result in disapproval of tests.
