Section 291.19 - Suspension and revocation of permits(a) The Authorized Officer may suspend or revoke a permit issued under this section; (1) For resource, safety or other management considerations; or(2) When there is a violation of term or condition of a permit issued under this section.(b) The permit shall be revoked if any person working under the authority of the permit is convicted of a violation under section 16 U.S.C. 470aaa 6306 or is assessed a civil penalty under 16 U.S.C. 470aaa 6307 .(c) Suspensions, modifications, and revocations shall be administered in accordance with the procedures set forth in 36 CFR part 214.
