Section 13.1186 - What are the emission standards for vessels?(a) The State of Alaska statutes and regulations applicable to marine vessel emission standards are adopted as a part of these regulations.(b) Violating a State of Alaska statute or regulation applicable to marine vessel visible emission standards is prohibited.
