Section 1697.3 - Applicability(a) These regulations are to be followed when:(1) The Selective Service System is owed a debt by an individual currently employed by another federal agency;(2) The Selective Service System is owed a debt by an individual who is a current employee of the Selective Service System; or(3) The Selective Service System employs an individual who owes a debt to another federal agency.
