Section 750.68 - Claims not payable(a) A claim for damage, loss, or destruction of property or the personal injury or death caused wholly or partly by a negligent or wrongful act of the claimant or his agent or employee.(b) A claim, or any part thereof, that is legally recoverable by the claimant under an indemnifying law or indemnity contract.
