Section 912.842 - Federal inspections(a) Part 842 of this chapter, Federal Inspections, shall apply to all exploration and surface coal mining and reclamation operations.(b) The Secretary will furnish a copy of each inspection report regarding inspections conducted pursuant to this section to the Office of the Idaho Attorney General upon request.
