Section 910.784 - Underground mining permit applications-minimum requirements for reclamation and operation plan(a) Part 784 of this chapter, Underground Mining Permit Applications-Minimum Requirements for Reclamation and Operation Plan, shall apply to any person who makes application to conduct underground mining.(b) The applicant for a permit to conduct underground mining operations shall demonstrate compliance with Chapter 391-3-1 of the Rules and Regulations of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources.
