Section 171.220 - What must I do to my farm unit to receive irrigation service?
You must meet the following requirements for us to provide service:
(a) Put water we deliver to authorized uses;(b) Make sure your farm ditch has sufficient capacity to carry the water we deliver; and(c) Properly operate, maintain, and rehabilitate your farm ditch.
