Section 41.17 - What is the role of the Secretary of Education?(a) The Secretary may enter into an agreement with the Secretary of Education to obtain assistance to:(1) Develop plans, procedures, and criteria for eligibility studies required under this subpart; and(2) Conduct such studies.(b) BIE must consult with the Secretary of Education to determine the reasonable number of students required to support a Tribal college or university.
