Section 905.310 - Disbursements from HUD(a) The PHA shall initiate a fund requisition from HUD only when funds are due and payable, unless HUD approves another payment schedule as authorized by 2 CFR 200.305 .(b) The PHA shall maintain detailed disbursement records to document eligible expenditures (e.g., contracts or other applicable documents), in a form and manner prescribed by HUD. 78 FR 63770 , Oct. 24, 2013, as amended at 80 FR 75942 , Dec. 7, 2015
