Section 1005.201 - Lender Applicant approval and participation(a)Approval types. The Section 184 Program has two types of Lender Applicant approvals:(1) Lender Applicants deemed approved by statute, as described in § 1005.203 ; or(2) Lender Applicants required to obtain secretarial approval under § 1005.205 .(b)Lender Applicant participation. In accordance with § 1005.207 , Lender Applicants must select a level of program participation and submit a completed application package, as prescribed by Section 184 Program Guidance, to participate in the Section 184 Program.
