Section 1000.520 - What are the purposes of HUD's review of the Annual Performance Report?HUD will review each recipient's Annual Performance Report when submitted to determine whether the recipient:
(a) Has carried out its eligible activities in a timely manner, has carried out its eligible activities and certifications in accordance with the requirements and the primary objective of NAHASDA and with other applicable laws and has a continuing capacity to carry out those activities in a timely manner;(b) Has complied with the IHP of the grant beneficiary; and(c) Whether the Annual Performance Report of the recipient is accurate.63 FR 12349, Mar. 12, 1998, as amended at 77 FR 71528 , Dec. 3, 2012
