Section 93.100 - Participation and submission requirements(a)Notification of intent to participate. Not later than 30 calendar days after HUD's publication of the formula allocation amounts as provided in § 93.53 , the State must notify HUD in writing of its intention to become an HTF grantee for the first year of HTF funding.(b)Submission requirement.
