Section 35.1110 - Notices and pamphlet(a)Notice. In cases where evaluation or hazard reduction is undertaken, each public housing agency (PHA) shall provide a notice to residents in accordance with § 35.125 . A visual assessment alone is not considered an evaluation for purposes of this part.(b)Lead hazard information pamphlet.
