Section 864.7415 - Abnormal hemoglobin assay(a)Identification. An abnormal hemoglobin assay is a device consisting of the reagents, apparatus, instrumentation, and controls necessary to isolate and identify abnormal genetically determined hemoglobin types.(b)Classification. Class II (special controls).
