Section 191.143 - Drawback entry(a)Filing of entry. Drawback entries covering these foreign-built jet aircraft engines shall be filed on Customs Form 7551, modified to show that the entry covers jet aircraft engines processed under § 313(h) of the Act, as amended (19 U.S.C. 1313(h) ) .(b)Contents of entry. The entry shall show the country in which each engine was manufactured and describe the processing performed thereon in the United States.
