Section 1222.2 - Requirements for bedside sleepers(a) Except as provided in paragraph (b) of this section, each bedside sleeper shall comply with all applicable provisions of ASTM F2906-23, Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Bedside Sleepers, approved on January 1, 2023. The Director of the Federal Register approves this incorporation by reference in accordance with 5 U.S.C. 552(a) and 1 CFR part 51 .
