Section 1081.102 - Rules of constructionFor the purposes of this part:
(a) Any term in the singular includes the plural, and the plural includes the singular, if such use would be appropriate;(b) Any use of a masculine, feminine, or neutral gender encompasses all three, if such use would be appropriate;(c) Unless context requires otherwise, a party's counsel of record, if any, may, on behalf of that party, take any action required to be taken by the party; and(d) To the extent this part uses terms defined by section 1002 of the Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 (12 U.S.C. 5481 ), such terms have the same meaning as set forth therein, unless defined differently by § 1081.103 .
